AI at FACEBOOK are flagging my ads and banning me from my ability to use MESSENGER and to post to my groups! I’ve been accused of selling “Counterfeit” goods and running “financial services” ads. I am a reseller of used goods for goodness sake, my last two weeks of sales are nearly zero in revenue because of this mess! FACEBOOK is robbing me of my livelihoods and reputation! I can’t contact a human to help and my small business is in shambles!!! I’m NOT a fan 👎🏼

The Meta ads app has poor formatting. I can’t read the words. The shapes are covered up by other shapes. I don’t expect this from Meta. Maybe a five-year-old named Meta but not Meta the company…

The apps fails to load my campaigns which makes this app useless to me. I’ve been hoping new updates would allow me to edit and view campaigns… unfortunately not.

I use this app all day everyday, and on the computer. I have several reasons I use this app, and now for the last week and a half, I can’t even log in at all. Just error code, and send me to a broken browser link to confirm my identity, so it’s a circle of getting no where. Please fix your app. Billion dollar company lol. This app has always been buggy, but this is just too much now.

It is not easy to use and every thing is confusing

Advertising an open house or house for sale their system has a locked in 18-65 age then rejects the add saying minimum 21 years Can’t change the age it’s embedded by them from 18-65 They call their own age selection discriminatory

Meta services might be the most inefficient method of advertising we’re forced to do. Regular posts with any promotion is shadowbanned and buried. Then you try to run an ad and get errors for days, restricted account issues and NOT A REAL PERSON or phone # exists in this world. Horrible,

“We are working quickly to resolve the issue” is what it has said every day for a year. Used to work great, it’s now the buggiest and most useless app I have on my phone. Have to use desktop to do anything ad wise, makes being on the go terrible for ad management. Hope it gets resolved but hasn’t for months so not sure what to do about

My Facebook and Instagram accounts are linked yet they are coming up as different account numbers and no matter what I do I cannot get them to talk together. Meta is absolutely no help at all. This app is a joke! It was supposed to let me fix my problem but it hasn’t done that because I need a real life person to talk to! But no matter what I do I cannot get ahold of a real person to talk to from Meta. Absolutely frustrating and exhausting. I hate the world y’all have created.

Very disappointed as the location is not working correct, if I specify it or choose region it show to people in another region and this is making Ads useless as not showing to the target audience

Hasn’t loaded in two weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Always gives an error. Before it broke, it was very slow to load any data. Wish it worked.

The app was working fine but now it keep sayin an unexpected error and doesn’t load

Just simply spins endlessly never loading campaigns or accounts.

Glitches to much

I get a spinning wheel and my campaigns never load. This is so annoying!

Every review you’ve seen up until now are possible astroturfers likely sent by some big company (those who’d benefit the most) to keep you from thinking this app works. An astroturfer is someone who pretends to be a regular person, but is actually paid or sponsored to promote a particular agenda, product, or viewpoint, often by posting fake reviews or comments. Every complaint talked about the cost but how can you complain about an amount of money you have complete control over, that doesn’t even make sense. Download this app and bypass that Apple service fee so that you can promote your brand, music, or business.

This app doesn’t even work. I can login and then it just spins and spins until an error occurs so there is no way to check my ad stats on the go. This app used to kind of work but now it is useless.

I would love to say throwing money at Facebook advertising was worth it, I got a lot of leads. But the truth is, I got nothing so far from any of the ads I have run. I was really optimistic about it, I keep upping my daily amount with no avail. If something changes I ll update my review, but for now I hardly recommend Facebook advertising for businesses.

I’m getting reaction from my ad to sell Winnebago Solis 59PX with low miles this really works . RV Trader is saturated with too many ads.

An odd account is linked to my account. I try to report to FB, but still send “your ad is running”.

Your bottled answers to questions are truly frustrating. I requested help to no avail to a glitch in your system related to your “call” buttom. I just went around in circles trying to: a) change the button b) edit the post c) pause the ad I imagine I am going to have a headache trying to get reimbursed

I paused the ads on FB on my computer, but this AP showed them still active and charging me.

It’s great that Meta has the idea to create an app that manages all the components of their Ads platform. Unfortunately — it has issues that create more issues. We’ve run into payment verification issues for no reason. The app design is confusing and where to go to do certain tasks is unclear. The good thing is that customer support is responsive if you submit all the needed information.

There are huge bugs in the app and ads manager itself. For example; I added a new payment method , verified it , it says success. Now when I go the payment method and check there’s no card , it’s not added. Shocking!

I wasted so much money. I funded the account and can’t even run ads

When I tried to open the app, it will just stay as loading and not show anything else

Every time I open app, none of my ad accounts or campaigns show up. It loads then shows the “try again” button and when u click the button it doesn’t help

Works well with our system. Provide excellent analysis and date reports. Will use for a lone time if this remains consistent.

This app doesn’t show metrics based on any specific timeframe so it’s practically useless to manage ads from. Rarely loads anything either. Meta is seriously failing its advertisers across the board.

Really unfortunate that I can’t specify a certain age group any longer. I now have to pay to advertise to prospects who are NOT eligible for our products/services.

It had become very difficult to advertise.

I Keep getting an unexpected error occurred and it’s been weeks with no fix it’s become absolutely useless specially for starting new campaigns

Every time that I attempt to change the conversion from messaging an unexpected error message pops up. Even on the browser it will not load

Great for Business and marketing stats wish it was a little more beginner friendly but over all it is very helpful!!

I've been trying to open this app for months, have deleted / updated / re-downloaded over and over and it just does not load or let me change ad accounts when it won't load.
